The “Slider House” got its name from utilizing massive window/doors that open the living and dining rooms to the Nordic Ski resort mountain views. Slatted wood walls and a completely original fluted wood shower enclosure, bring warmth to the otherwise clean, modern space. Architecturally designed by our studio, we found inspiration in simple Scandinavian structures. We strive for interiors and exteriors to work cohesively so indoor/outdoor spaces are seamless. Welch Studio designs mountain and ski homes throughout Eden, Ogden Valley, and the Powder Mountain area.
