Meant to be a fun approach to multifamily housing, this tired hotel was revitalized to find new meaning through a completely new facade and whimsical updates in common areas. Simple and serene was the key for apartments. Full kitchens were created in small spaces. Panelized refrigerators helped delineate bedroom space from lounge area from cooking zones.
